- Applicable for a minimum of 2 nights stay.
- Please, state your preferences about date and time for your game of golf in the remarks section. Be aware that we need to check availability with the golf course before sending you any confirmation.
- If you fail to meet your timing requirements, the hotel may suggest an alternative game and this may result in the final package price differing from the one shown on the web-site.
- The price of the first night must be paid using the credit card provided at the time of submitting the booking. This card must be validated upon arrival and must belong to one of the guests staying in the hotel.
- The balance must be paid by secure on-line payment facility or via bank transfer. Please be aware that missing the payment requirements and deadlines will result in immediate cancellation.
- The price includes one green-fee for 2 or 4 players at Los Arqueros Golf (please check the detail of packages for 2 or 4 players), breakfast at the hotel (8:00am – 11:00am) and shared buggies at the golf course.
- Offers, promotions or packages cannot be combined.

Cancellation policy
Please send a written cancellation notice at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date to avoid penalty. After that, no refunds will be made and changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
